The Black Pearl Phuket
The Black Pearl is one of three duplexes in Baan Manhassajahn on a beachfront location. Facing west out to the panoramic Andaman sea views and beautiful sunsets. This vacation duplex has full character with funky loft architecture combined with colonial style that blends well with Asian-Tropical influenced interiors, built in 2 levels;
LEVEL 1:
You walk up staircases from the basement where you park the car, here is the main living level. The door is opened and you will look through a spacious living room to the shared swimming pool, the blue sky and the Andaman sea. A few steps into this area, you have an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, counter bar, dinning area and entertaining area with day-lounge. 2 bedrooms are in this level, both have ensuite and beautiful sea views. Through the full length sliding windows is the large open balcony and big infinity edged swimming pool 4 x 20m. Beside the pool is an outdoor pantry and preparation area. This is a shared area made for family activities or BBQ parties.
LEVEL 2:
At the right corner of the door, it’s the staircases that lead you to the upper level. 1 Master bedroom of around 50 sqm with an ensuite is here, open plan with big windows for natural light and sea views, private balcony outside the sliding door to chill out and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
